great staff. really good staff.

Would the location, close to the airport with lots of things around.

Had to pay extra to experience the pool.

Greate location, very nice room, clean and a real mini bar which is very unusual in decent priced hotels nowadays.

What’s not to like?

Ok breakfast buffet. The hotel is close to everything.

When we arrived, after check-in time (16.00) the room was not ready. We were assigned another room, and charged for an infant bed, which we had not ordered (the child is 4 yo). When I told them we didn’t want nor had ordered such a bed, the reseptionist said we would get the money back and that the bed would be removed. When we came up to the room there was no infants bed in the room and there was only beds made up for 2 people (We had ordered for 3 people). We went down to the reception and asked if they could make up one more bed. When we came to the room the linnen was just laid on a chair. We went down to the reception again and asked them to make the bed. The receptionist said she had put up linnen and the we could just make it ourselves. When we said that we ordered a room for 3 people and that we expected them to make the bed the receptionist said that she would do it, with a tone that clearly stated that she didn’t like it. When we came up to the room the linnen was put on, but laid out in a bundle, so we had to make it ourselves anyway. No aircondition, so the temperature was uncomfortable at nighttime. There was a fan but it made a lot of noise. There was also a lot of noise, until about 4 am from cars, motorcycles and drunk people. Trafic started up again around 7 am.
