Proximity to beach, well-equipped, reasonably priced, clean and tidy

Friendly, no fuss, easy for taxi to find and park/wait while I collected the keys Drop off keys very easy before hours of opening Nice location, quiet area, walk yo all amenities. We took public transportation everywhere during our stay, no hire car needed.

Inadequate hot water in shower area for all family members(4 adults) to shower in morning time. I adequately supplied with cleaning products to maintain clean environment. One small dishcloth and no tea towels cannot keep a kitchen clean for extended stays.( What do I use to clean bathroom area???) All hygiene products, including tissues paper towels toilet paper soap were inadequately stocked. I had to purchase all of these during the stay. The washing machine was great though! Unfortunately the fan in the bathroom area may be necessary but extremely noisy running day and night. My children are tall teenagers. The beds were far too small for them, my sons legs dangled over the ends. I thought there may have been a small selection of condiments, also salt pepper, but there was nothing , we as fly in travelers had to purchase many small items that were not provided.(We left alfoil behind which will help the next visitor.)

Although it was very cold during our stay it was nice to be close to Rainbow Bay and Point Danger and the Twin Towns Services Club and other shops etc

Parking our car underneath the complex was difficult so we just parked out on the street, the lighting in the stair well wasn't working, the clothes dryer didn't work so we couldn't get our washing dry and I guess if I'd just booked a hotel it would have been about $250 cheaper and they would have supplied towels and bedding so next time I will probably just book a hotel.
