Sea views from unit and cooling sea breezes. Nicely renovated unit able to accommodate 4 people.

A lot of steps but I’m now a bit fitter! And early checkout at 9 am.

Good locations: Very close to rainbow bay for sunrise and sunset, nice club around with cheap meals. 10mins walk to conference building. 1.5km away from supermarkets.

A lot. 1-My fault, didn’t check carefully for the NO Linens, need to hire or bring your own (make your own bed and pack after). 2- ceiling fans in bedrooms and living rooms, is a big bug, cooler at night but you need to have the fans on for the lights :( 3- water pressure is very very bad and water isn’t hot enough with more cold water in. 4- have dishwasher( only one tablet supply), was booked for 6 days. have washing machine without supply washing powder etc, you need to empty the rubbish by yourself and without any rubbish bags supplied. Not good enough to be a long term holiday apartment. 5- check in and check out, keys need to collect and return from office which is 5mins walk away, not far but all the way is uphill, not friendly at all for someone with luggage. Check out have to be done before 9am, otherwise you will be charged $$$$ 6- clean your BBQ machine or $110 for cleaning. 7- rooms are cleaned, but kitchen staff are old (from op shop) and dirty, because no one clean it, depends on the last customer. Couch is dirty with all the drops in between the gaps, should give it a good vacuuming.
