These would just be a nice to have - I think the dining chairs need replacing, they appear to have lost their padding. It would also be good if the 1st bedroom had a blockout blind as the lighting from the club is really bright.

Letting agent and cleaner was very quick to assist and tried their best to rectify issues. Both were very friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. Fridge very old and clearly not functioning properly for a long time. Freezer did not close so I had to buy duct tape to keep it closed as was affecting temp of fridge, even then only slightly improved. Fridge had several broken/collapsed shelves so was limited with what could put in it as wouldn't keep everything cold if full. Fridge door shelves missing so nowhere to safely put open carton of milk. Crisper drawers did not have lid so served no purpose other than storage! Letting agent tried to organise a new fridge but owner would not authorise! No air-con but we knew that in advance. It wasn't an issue at end of March because lots of windows allowing breeze in but would be an issue in Nov/Dec/Jan/Feb. Bathrooms and laundry renovated nicely.

Arrived late and car park space was occupied! Desperately needed a "vacate premises" clean which letting agent agreed to commence during our stay! Very old beds and furniture - most of which was badly damaged and/or worn. Dining chairs had collapsed seats but at least looked good. Building had TV antenna issues while we were there. Some curtains and single bed skirts very filthy. Kitchen well equipped but all mix match with random pieces so nothing matched and no sets! Very old. Not all windows were lockable which was a concern because no fly screens or security grills in windows. Lots of insects inside at night as no fly screens. Power point had to be repaired on day 1 as was falling out of wall hence serious safety concern. I was most angry about the fridge! It was beyond well used and because wasn't working properly and soo many shelves broken and missing I couldn't put as much in it as I would my own fridge as it could not keep it cold so spent more on eating out than had budgeted for. It was also a very small fridge. Should not have had to buy duct tape and replace everytime I needed to open the freezer all week!!! NO DISCOUNT WAS OFFERED!!! Letting agent was apologetic though. Very old unit in need of refurbishment (not just freshening up). No furniture matched and some looked like it was picked up at curbside collection - soo old, soo outdated, and in very poor condition. Couch was comfortable however. Nothing matched, nothing! Not furniture, not lighting, not bedding, not tableware... Really old unit, bit with heaps of potential that wouldn't cost much given the bathrooms and laundry have already been done and kitchen cabinets just need to be updated not necessarily replaced.
