Location and access
Property was quite tired. Needs a refurb.
Could do with a couple of more seats

The location was fantastic! The apartment was also a good size.
I think that for the money, not supplying linen or even salt & pepper is a bit cheap.

Very modern inside. Close to two surf beaches. Easy walk to local shops and restaurants

Had everything we needed. Great location only a couple of minutes walk from Greenmount, Coolangatta and Rainbow Bay beaches as well as great cafe’s and restaurants, malls while still feeling local and laid back.
Plenty of space, good kitchen, easy parking in the basement garage.
Kids enjoyed the pool a few times but was a little cold in late September still.
Bathrooms need a bit of TLC
