Apartamento T1 em Lagos com piscina e garagem

The location was great — close to beaches, stores, and restaurants. Having underground parking was very convenient, and the pool was very clean and never too busy.

The apartment could use a bit of attention to fix some minor issues, such as the bathroom vent hood and a few light switches. The AC unit is quite old and noisy, and because it’s located in the living room, the bedroom stays very hot when it’s around +30°C outside. Also, don’t be disappointed — there are no lounge chairs on the terrace, even though they’re shown in the property photos.

Un lugar ideal para tu estancia en Lagos. Está en un barrio cerrado residencial con piscina y cancha de tenis, tiene un pequeño mercado a 200 metros y un gran supermercado a 750 metros. Cuenta con parking. Está algo alejado del centro pero a pasos de la marina y de Meia Praia. Preferimos no estar en el centro porque priorizamos la tranquilidad y el silencio. El departamento es espacioso y cómodo, fresco y luminoso y tiene todo lo necesario para una gran estancia. La habitación tiene una cama cómoda y muebles de guardado, un baño grande con bañera y bidet (incluye toallas, shampoo, acondicionador), living comedor integrado con lavavajillas, procesadora, cafetera, todo lo necesario y TV Smart y un hermoso balcón. Se nota en los detalles el cuidado y la atención de la administración. Es precioso! Lo pasamos muy bien. Mi pareja pudo trabajar mientras yo disfrutaba la piscina y por poco podías moverte a las playas en Bolt/Uber. Incluso visitamos otras ciudades desde allí. Excelente servicio lo recomendamos sin dudarlo!

Unit was spacious and bed was comfortable. Loved the balcony and pool. Everything you needed. Luisa was a wonderful host.

The host was friendly and nice

No air conditioning in the bedroom, mattress uncomfortable and sofa beds are also uncomfortable. Air conditioning is obviously very old as the noise is pretty unbearable. Also, the location is difficult if you are on foot.. yes 15 mins to the port .. 25 mins to town, however there is a steep hill on the way back which in hot weather is not the best. Accommodation is obviously very Portuguese, suited more towards the natives than tourists, pool area .. as part of a massive complex I would expect this to be hell during the summer. If you want peace and tranquility then maybe it's not for you, also the need for seperate wristbands for the pool which we had to ask for .. very strange even though you had an electronic pass. For us it was not good value. I would advise host to purchase a new mattress for the bed and consider maintainence on the air conditioning.
