Luis was very helpful and patient with me when I got a little confused by the location. He was so attentive during the check in and following up with me a couple of times during the stay. Excellent customer service. The apartment was large and well appointed with everything needed and some really nice furnishings and excellent Wi-Fi. The balcony was very big and had a great black out curtain to keep the apartment cool during the day when out. Great AC as well. The pool area is excellent with lots of shade and grass with sunbeds to really relax. The pool was in really good condition and the bar food down there looked good.
I felt the staff at the pool could have been a bit friendlier but they were mostly young lads. I can't speak Portuguese so maybe it was just a language thing.

La urbanización es tranquila, perfecta para descansar y cuenta con piscina y aparcamiento, aunque es necesario coger el coche para moverte y llegar al centro de Lagos.
Luis muy agradable y servicial, siempre atento.
El apartamento estaba muy muy justito de equipamiento, el Tv muy pequeño, ell sofá cama es bastante incómodo para dormir, faltaban utensilios de cocina y de poca calidad.
No contaba con cortinas en el salón, lo que provocaba que tenía que bajar completamente la persiana, es un detalle que cuesta muy poco y daría mejor magen del apartamento.
