El apartamento es muy cómodo y moderno. Fácil aparcar en los alrededores.
Ambiente ruidoso. Están construyendo un edificio justo al lado y el vecino/a tiene unos perros que ladran mucho desde primera hora de la mañana.

Lo único negativo es el colchón de la cama, no es confortable.

Fica a 1700 m de praia, indo a pé são cerca de 25 minutos. A casa está equipada com o que é necessário. Tem estacionamento fácil na rua.
Edifícios em construção ao lado provoca um barulho a partir das 7:00 da manhã mas isso nada tem a ver com os donos do apartamento o ruído da porta e dos motores do elevador do prédio também podem incomodar pessoas mais sensíveis. Para o meu gosto a cama é demasiado baixa mas isso é uma opinião pessoal.
