The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious with all the facilities and equipment needed for a 3 week stay. The apartment is a 20 minute walk into the town and a 20 minute walk in the other direction to the beach so offers the best of both worlds. It is in a quiet area and has shops and supermarkets close to hand. Carlos the owner was very accommodating and gave us plenty of restaurant recommendations.

The bed linen was a bit dated

It took a little while to find - if you stand on the recycling island, it's the building on the left.

The manager and the gentleman who met us for the check-in and the check-out were very responsive. We had an early check-in already at 11:00am which was very helpful. Mr. Tiago was on time and very friendly. The apartment is spacious with a large balcony and a strong WiFi connection.

The kitchen in the apartment has not been cleaned well in a long time. Literally, everything from the cutlery to the plates, the pans, the drawers and the inside of the cupboard were dirty and sticky. Some of the items in the kitchen such as frying pans, cutting boards were very old and used and should have been replaced a long time ago. not two glasses were the same. no kettle, in general, a very poorly equipped kitchen. My wife has cleaned and disinfected the kitchen and only then we felt comfortable using it. We made pictures and send a detailed message to the manager hoping it will help to improve. There are minor maintenance issues as well with the kitchen faucet and the lock in the windows in the living area as well as in the master bedroom. The neighbor has two 3 little dogs that she leaves out on the balcony during the day. On some days they were barking none stop.
