El servicio muy bueno. desde el Front Ofice Manager que nos ayudó a nuestra llegada con un problema con la agencia de los tours hasta Mohamed, el camarero del bar de la piscina cuyo trato y profesionalidad fueron impecables.

El crucero trabaja con una agencia de tours para ofrecer a sus clientes las visitas en los diferentes destinos donde va parando. Dicha agencia solo permite coger todas las actividades en paquete, incluyendo actividades de muy poco interés (visita al "jardin botanico" de Aswan). Los guías que tienen son bastante malos en general, sobretodo teniendo en cuenta el precio del paquete que costó casi lo mismo que el crucero de 4 noches.

The company upgraded our booking to Steigenberger Regency cause of cancel our booked trip. So finally we get amazing 3 days in comfort & calm journey. Polite staff, good food, clean & comfort room, best places to stay in Luxor. One notes for bookers. check the schedule of cruise. In our booking (Jaz crown jubilee) was 2 day sailing for 3 nights. & finally we had only 1 day sailing all day from Aswan to Luxor for 3 nights. It different from boat to boat. And also check type of window (sliders or whole panoramic). sometimes it different on photo. check name of your cruise boat on google or TripAdvisor. have a nice cruise with JazCompany

The cruise provides everything you need and is very affordable. The staff are extremely accommodating and cater to all your needs. The ship is clean, the cabins are all a good size with great views, the food was very good and the dessert excellent. It is a highly recommended experience. I would recommend that you try to arrive before lunch at 2pm and ensure your departure flight leaves something after 3 so you can fit in as much as possible in terms of sightseeing, as all the tours are to some of the most incredible sights. Tipping is a very big culture here so ensure to tip all staff, you pay extra USD250 per person for the day tours. I’m so happy with how the staff catered to us, from ensuring we made our tours in Luxor when our flight was late to arranging a lunch plate in Aswan when our tour finished late after lunch times. We were treated so well. The Galabya party is also fun of the rest of the guests stick to the theme. overall a highly recommended trip. Try to book your transport with the company that owns the boat, Travco as it isn’t very easy to book your own airport taxis. for any questions contact Jaz Cruises directly using the email address from their website, no responses on booking.com app.

We could not get hold of the company when initially booking, and only received responses to our queries a few days before our arrival. It would be better to communicate all times of all tours esp Abu Simbel so guests know exactly what times to book their flights, so rather respond to communications as received.

People and food were excellent
