Great stay, would definitely recommend to others!

It is a beautiful apartment, I loved the staircase and the lovely tartan carpet! It was very accessible for the town and also the beach. It had everything we needed for our stay, a home from home. It was very spacious and having two bathrooms helped with 6 adults! Bob was very friendly and check in was great as we had been stuck in traffic so later than anticipated but he was very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble!

close to the Airshow which is why we were staying.

Didnt look like the photos also wasn't happy with the parking as im disabled and had to walk around the building to get my things out the car to the front door. Also kitchen was full of flies&dust, cobwebs everywhere, couldn't eat in the house due to cleanliness and didn't like the fact the fridge was down stairs as this was also difficult to get up and down to for myself. Couldn't use the wee one upstairs as it was stinking and full of flies too, even after it was cleaned by my wife.

The location and parking facilities. Basically comfortable. Landlord available to try to fix things when they went wrong.

No hot water in two bathrooms. Oven door broken. Kitchen cupboard doors missing handles. Very tired-looking decor.

Apartment was spacious, beach, park and all amenities were within a few minutes walk

Apartment was large and well presented. The host was very polite and took time to speak to the 3 children. The location of the apartment was ideal as the beach and the playpark, as well as the shops were only a short walk away. Would definately recommend this location/Apartment and hope to use the same premises again.

Excellent location which is only a couple of minutes walk from Ayr town centre and also the beach. The accommodation was spacious and clean with comfy beds, and the owner/staff were really friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely rebook.

Location was excellent in heart of ayr,beds comfy and clean ,although apartment was a bit dated it was comfortable and had all you needed,bob was lovely host very pleasant

Central location. Lots of space. Very comfortable beds.

Although the apartment was very spacious overall, the living area was quite small and dark. Also, showers etc were a little dated.
