Der Service im Restaurant war herausragend! Die Qualität des Essens war top (außer der O-Saft beim Frühstück, der mit Wasser verdünnt war).
Das Housekeeping Team war sehr bemüht und gründlich.
Der Themen Abend mit der Galabeya Party ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig, beim Cocktail Empfang, hat niemand uns empfangen, die Cocktails standen alleine mitten im Raum ohne Beschreibung, welcher Cocktail welcher ist. Leider haben sich auch kaum Gäste an das Motto gehalten.

كل شي كانت رحلة من الخيال من اول يوم الى آخر لحظه استمتعنا بكل التفاصيل حجزنا كان غرفة وفاجئونا بالسويت الوسيع الفخم راح احط صور للمكان 😍 واحتفلوا معانا بذكرى عيد زواجنا 🥹🫶🏻

A nice ship, excellent friendly crew, a lovely cruise down the beautiful Nile.
Terrible WiFi, faulty door keys. BOOKING.COM has wrong contact information for Steingenberger, who do not answer messages. Also, they offered me a free transfer from Luxor Airport when we were flying to Aswan and it was impossible to change this on the app. No response to several messages. Terrible service.
