Close to airport, large clean rooms, large soap,shampoo and conditioner dispensers,helpful staff and on time shuttle 24 hrs a day.
Had hard time finding the main light switch which was hid behind bath barn door. Shower diverter did not work properly so 90% of water went to tub and barely came out of shower head which was also unable to adjust head angle. Toilet was loose on floor and water never shut off completely.

Location
Pay for parking. A huge pain when you have to go back out to place parking ticket on dashboard. It was snowing and cold and a money grab.

It had easy access to the airport rental car return.
The diverter in the tub/shower was faulty. I had to kneel down at the faucet to rince the shampoo from my hair. I have bad knees. When I called the front desk they said they would put in a maintenance request. Nothing about a new room or some sort of compensation. When I asked, I was told they could waive the $15 parking fee. I didn't know there was a parking fee. $15 to park the car for the night after spending $170+ on the room? Outrageous!
