The accommodation at Gerand's place was wonderful. Clean, fragrant and fully equipped. Private parking, the best bakery right next door, a train and bus stop and right next to the beach. Really luxurious accommodation. We came for our 15th wedding anniversary and felt at home at Gerard's place. Thank you, we will definitely come again

Loved our stay here, it was perfect. Gerard was amazing from start to finish, so accommodating and full of used information. The location is great! short walk to the beach and harbour, and lots of public transport to nice/Cannes - highly recommended this place

Perfect place while you are travelling through Côte d’Azur

Recommend. We have traveled through all Côte d’Azur and we used this place as our living hub. The apartment is perfect for longer stay as it has all you need. Bathroom is super clean and renovated. Big balcony with the view. Parking is safe and locked, has parking place. The owner Gerard is very helpful and kind person, visit the property and you will get perfect place to travel around Cote d’Azur with car or train and get back to the property after the long day to get some home feeling and rest like in your own home.

Let's start with the host ... Gérard...an exquisite person, attentive to the smallest detail, and absolutely helpful. Ready to give advice on the best places to visit, even careful to advise you on the right day because it's "the market day". Yes it's true the accommodation may not be very spacious, but it really does have everything: a full kitchen, and if you need to wash and iron also a washing machine and an iron. Excellent indeed.

Great little space.

Balcony and washer. Great have, it made the apartment very accompanying. Great kitchen area and landlord left nice goodies. Best of all our own parking space and automatic entrance gate opener. Pull out couch very comfortable but took up most of the room when left open.

The owner, Gerard, was very kind and he thougts about everything what guests may need. I have never met the owner who presents so much hospitality:) We had a problem with the car and Gerard has been waiting for us for a few more hours -thank You very much for this once again! The apparment was very clean and had many convenient solutions for the guests.

Great stay, beautiful apartment and excelent host

Locality was great and Gerard was really an excelent host. Because of a traffic jam we arrived an hour late, but it was no problem and Gerard waited for us, welcomed us and showed the apartment and everything about. He prepared for us some fruit and lots of other food including bottle of wine. We really loved stay in Gerard's appartment and if we will visit this location in the future, it will be our first choice.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt, komme auf jeden Fall wieder

Gérard ist ein großartiger Gastgeber. Er ist sehr zuvorkommend, großzügig und stets erreichbar. Das Studio ist sehr hochwertig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist absolut ALLES vorhanden, inkl. einer umfangreichen Lebensmittel-Ausstattung (Tee, Kaffee, Speiseöle, zahlreiche Gewürze etc. sind ebenfalls vorhanden). Ich wurde mit Petit Four, Wein und Baguette begrüßt. Das Schrankbett ist einfach zu bedienen und verfügt über eine sehr gute Matratze sowie ergonomische Kissen. Überall (auch im Bad) gibt es viele Abstellflächen und Stauraum. Waschmaschine mit 14 min-Programm. Das lichtdurchflutete Studio ist sehr gut gelegen, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Großer möblierter Balkon, ab dem frühen Nachmittag sehr sonnig (Markisen sowie Rolläden vorhanden). Toller Ausblick! Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

Ausgezeichneter Gastgeber

Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt ausgestattet, es war alles vorhanden, selbst mit der Ankunft standen für uns schon die ersten Leckereien bereit. Gérard hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen. Die Kommunikation war auf Englisch gar kein Problem. Er hat nicht nur sein Studio an uns vermietet, sondern uns auch das Gefühl gegeben, dass wir uns bei Problemen jederzeit an ihn hätten wenden können. Er ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Abbiamo trascorso un breve ma bellissimo soggiorno in coppia presso lo studio di Gèrard che è un host attento e premuroso, in grado di fare sentire i suoi ospiti come a casa propria (se non meglio!). L’appartamento è piccolino ma veramente funzionale, con tutti i comfort e un bel balcone. Comodo parcheggio privato. Posizione strategica per raggiungere la spiaggia (anche a piedi) e a soli 10 minuti di macchina da Cannes e 15 da Antibes.

Une petite semaine très appréciée

Tout a été parfait. L’accueil , le confort , la propreté et les petites attentions du propriétaire 👍 - rien n’est laissé au hasard car il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Un studio dans une copropriété calme et dans lequel tout est pensé pour que l’on s’y sente bien car l’espace est optimisé. Encore merci et à très bientôt le plaisir de revenir 😉.
