Odličen zajtrk, čudovita lokacija, dobrosrčni ljudje.

Este cazarea cu una dintre cele mai frumoase privești de care am avut parte în Grecia! Arhitectura tradițională a clădirii, pe care eu una o prefer clădirilor moderne din ciment, sticlă și metal, se potrivește perfect peisajului. Grădina mare și îngrijită este o adevărată încîntare, Deși noi am fost la sfîrșitul lunii septembrie, tot frumoasă era; primăvara și vara este cu siguranță o splendoare! Garsoniera în care am stat era spațioasă, curată și dotată cu tot ce trebuie, de la veselă și tacîmuri, toaster (ceea ce foarte rar am întîlnit la cazările din Grecia) și fierbător, la aparat pentru țînțari și uscător de păr. Curățenia este exemplară. Plecam a doua zi și totuși au venit și au făcut curat, ceea ce spune multe. Locurile de parcare sunt suficiente pentru toți turiștii. Noi am prins vreme cam proastă și nu am reușit să facem baie în piscină, dar, părea bine întreținută. În cîțiva pași ajungi la taverne cu mîncare delicioasă, două magazine și plaja micuță, dar frumoasă, situată într-un golf cu apă cristalină. Aici se află un mic debarcader unde vin și pleacă bărci care fac curse regulate către insula Skiathos din apropiere. În ciuda vremii, noi doi și cățelul nostru am petrecut un sejur relaxant, cazarea a fost confortabilă și zona de vis.

Drumul de la strada principală către cazare este într-adevăr o problemă. Nici nu vrea să mă gîndesc vara cînd e aglomerat cum se circulă pe porțiunile în care drumul este îngust și stricat. Și pe noi ne-a dus GPS-ul la magazin de unde ne-a preluat gazda și ne-a dus la vilă. Nu cred că am fi găsit-o singuri.

An absolutely fantastic gem of a find! We only booked for 3 nights but wished we had stayed for a week...The hotel isn't modern and is a bit old, but everything worked in our room. It was very clean. We do not cook on holidays but the kitchenette had the basics you'd require for doing a simple meal. We had a small balcony overlooking the beach and Skiathos and the Pool. The gardens are lovely and the Pool is really nice on it's elevated position. The owner's wife, Eleni, is sooooo nice and warm. We ate dinner every night at the same Restaurant as it was that good and the service from the owner's Son, Demitrius, was excellent and friendly! It is next door to Studio Avra's Cafe. We particularly loved the plentiful and home made Breakfast at the Cafe every day. Eleni asked what type of Eggs you prefer. Fresh Orange juice, fresh Bread and proper Coffee of your choice were served too, as well as fresh fruit, great Yoghurt, etc... We had Cappuccinos. The owner's son also served in the Cafe and is very nice. I bought the best biscuits/cakes here...It isn't easy to find this Hotel, even though I put the coordinates in my SatNav. It took us right up to the little beach/Village by the supermarket. We asked for help at the supermarket. The very kind gentleman owner, called Timos at the Cafe belonging to Studios Avra, came to meet us, got in our car and showed us where to go. Everyone is really friendly in this village. This hotel really is a gem. In Season, you can even get a little boat to Skiathos and back. Tourist boats visit this little village for lunch from Skiathos as well. TIP: As you reach the little village, there is an obscure tarred road on your right hand side. Take it. It becomes a dirt road with a left sharp bend. Follow this road round and it is Tarred again, up a little hill and then round to the left, which takes you into the untarred carpark of the hotel, where you can park under trees.

Nothing. It was a little bit old but at the price point paid, you'd be a fool to complain as the good things far outweighed the bad things...

Petit déjeuner très bien

Absence totale de signalisation AVRA au centre du village Signalisation très minime recouverte de végétation . Personnel gentil mais trop peu de langue anglaise .
