This picture is the view of the beautiful pool area that you will enjoy from your private patio. Renovated and in the best location in the complex. The Cordillera condo complex is in a secure gated community.
This is a 1214 Square foot main floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Modern furnishings, appliances and linens throughout the unit. You will feel like you are in an upscale hotel at a resort.
Master suite has a king bed and TV to relax at night. Second guest room has a queen set. The bedrooms are split to ensure privacy from one another. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio, take a walk over to the pool for a swim or head to the onsite Gym for a morning work out.
Absolutely beautiful view of the pool area from the living room, dining room, Master bedroom and patio. A stones throw away from both the heated and non-heated pools. Walking distance to all kinds of shopping including the wonderful Fry's Marketplace right across the street, only 25 minutes away from Sky Harbor airport and several golf courses nearby.
Park your vehicle in the covered outdoor parking stall provided.

Very nice 2 bed/2 bath condo across from the pool. Was wonderful to open the doors and listen to the waterfall and the birds singing. Gated community, especially on the weekend.
Was easy to get around Phoenix because all the major highways are within 3 to 4 miles of the condo. Brenda and Terry were great to work with and were very helpful. The condo is well furnished and plenty big for the 2 of us. We had company twice and they used the second bedroom, yet we all had privacy. Fry's grocery store is around the corner. Get a card if you're going to be there for an extended stay. It has a meat counter, deli, wine bar, grocery, pharmacy and a small clinic all in one. The card will save you money and get you points toward gas. Oh, did I say they have a gas station too? The weather was wonderful and we were able to sun by the pools. You can have mail forwarded to you also. Thanks again Brenda and Terry for sharing your home with us. We would be happy to stay again in the future.
