The host was welcoming. the amenities were excellent. The perfect place for us. We have a big dog. He has plenty of space to roam. Close to everything you could think of. Fast food joints, coffee, grocery stores. Walmart. On and off the freeway. We will stay there again!

Phenomenal Phoenix Stay—Perfect for Dog Owners!Our recent stay at this Vrbo rental in the Phoenix area was absolutely fantastic—it truly exceeded our expectations. Everything about the property was great, from the cleanliness of the interior to the convenience of the location.However, the standout feature for us (and our dogs!) was the exceptionally large, secure yard. Traveling with our two pitbull mixes, Copper and Mini Cooper, can sometimes be challenging, but this property made it a dream. The spacious, fully fenced outdoor area gave them plenty of room to run and play safely, which made their trip—and ours—so much more enjoyable. It's rare to find a rental that caters so perfectly to pet owners, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful provision of space.The interior was comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful.We highly recommend this property, especially to anyone traveling with pets who needs a secure, large outdoor area. Five stars—we can’t wait to book this one again!

I want to start this review off by saying that Shannon was a wonderful host and did everything she could to make us feel welcome during our stay. However, if you're expecting a private property with a fenced in yard for your pups to run around, this isn't the place for you. I wouldn't really consider this property
to be dog friendly especially if you have curious large breed pups like I do. There's random scrap metal, torn apart cars and an open garden along the far side of the property (not pictured). Aside from those couple of things the property owners dug a 6ft trench around the perimeter of the house for a new septic system starting THE DAY we arrived and continued for 6 out of the 9 days at 7am. I could not let any of my dogs outside during this process because the husband could kick at them if they got close to him. If you're traveling dog-free you shouldn't have any issues however if privacy is what you're looking for this property is basically an in-law suite in their backyard.
