Czysty, w pełni wyposażony apartament. Bardzo cicho. Piękny widok na góry i miasto. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko centrum Predazzo, blisko do wyciągów narciarskich. Dostępne miejsce do przechowywania nart. Parking podziemny dostępny w pobliżu apartamentu. Bardzo dobry i miły kontakt z właścicielem, szybko odpowiada na zapytania.
Co do minusów: część wypoczynkowa w apartamencie tylko dla dwóch osób, przydałaby się dodatkowa kanapa. Materac w łóżku, jak dla mnie za miękki, ale to subiektywna opinia.

Najpiekniejsze doswiadczenie to przemili gospodarze, bardzo troskliwi, uczynni. Sam apartament skromny, ale miał wszystko czego nam było potrzeba. Bardzo czysto i ciepło. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko.
