We maken een rondrit door Frankrijk en maakten hiervan gebruik om de Bassin d'Arcachon te verkennen. We verbleven 3 nachten bij Pascale. Wij werden door Pascale zeer warm ontvangen. Zij gaf ons alle nodige tips met heel veel enthousiasme. Tijdens die 2 dagen ter plaatse konden we de schoonheid van de omgeving ontdekken (Cap Ferret, de schilderachtige dorpjes met de oesterkwekers rond de baai, en niet te vergeten de dune du Pilat en Arcachon met haar mooie villa's). Mios is een rustige en centrale vertrekplaats om dit alles te bezoeken. Er is een supermarkt op 4 minuten rijden waar je alles kan vinden en ook kan tanken. Onze kamer (met aironditioning) was heel mooi en zeer netjes, bed is uitstekend. Daarnaast is een grote gezellige gemeenschappelijke zitruimte ter beschikking met boeken, documentatie over de streek, … We maakten 2 keer gebruik van de table d'hôte. Pascale kan zeer lekker koken, ook vegetarisch indien gewenst. Bedankt Pascale voor het aangename verblijf.
