I can't overstate how lovely this visit was, and would give an 11/10 if I could. They were willing to even taxi us from the train station to the hotel and loan us bicycles during our stay. Hosts went above and beyond and were lovely to chat with, giving great advice on our visit. Everything else was also excellent, from breakfast to the rooms.
I struggle to come up with negatives. The only comment I can think is to advise people to plan around being a bit outside of town in the woods.

Exceptional location, very quite, large room. Very good breakfast. Very kind and nice hosts providing tips for what to do in the region as well. Could not have been better.
