The location is near to city. We can access everything easily.
The Reception was very smelly always. They should always keep an air freshener in the reception.

Helpful staff.
Actual shower with a shower cabin (not a blabla-let).
Nice design of the properly. There is a pool, too.
Nice patio (hopefully that's the correct term).
Location, while away from the beach, is near a western-style supermarket and several western fast-food chains.
Location could be better, of course. But it's Goa, own a bike or be uncomfortable. Still, too far away from the beach.
Rooms can have visible mold on the ceiling. Same for the bathroom, plus the damp smell.
I think it is something between 3 and 4 stars and would be much better if only it had renovations.
The included breakfast is quite bare and mostly includes strictly indian style food.
The restaurant is kinda overpriced.
