    The staff is so cooperative . My stay with the hotel has been so cool infact the staff also is very good . The rooms were very clean at affordible prices

    You can be assured about the property it is good. As it is a Fairfield the guests cant expect so much but the staff is doing their best to serve their guests what ever they require. The most important issue is their service it is very slow. But you cant connect with the front desk in person and they would hwlp you out with everything. The best response was given by Clarence Patil. Their back office staff is also very co-operative. The only issue with agoda per say is their pathetic refund policy the hotel already shares the refund but these people dont provide refund asap. I am still looking out for refund since a month now.

    Very poor response in action and complaints.and we booked for 3 persons room but they given only 2 pax single cot bed they provided matresses on floor with out cot .
