You have to appreciate the uniqueness of TRNC so if you haven't been before you may be in for a surprise. I have been many times so i know that the roads are not always complete outside villas and apartments and walls may have damp resulting from the way they have to build properties. This Villa was a good rental property. Each bedroom had an ensuite, towels provided. The ground floor bedroom was the coolest. the WIFI was good and the pool cleaned twice a week. The furniture had wear and tear but was generally in good order. If you want a quiet family holiday this is ian ideal place in a good location. Tempo supermarket is about 5/10 min walk and you can get the Dolmus (Bus) into Girne here also for about 4.5 TL (approx 70p/p). There are some great restaurants nearby, Ambience is really good and they have kept the prices reasonable. If you want to spend a day at a hotel i recommend Kaya Palaza where its 40 TL pp per day (£6). You get to use fantastic facilities, free towels/beds and the food is reasonably priced and of really good quality. It costs slightly more of a weekend. If you are looking for a really cheap meal try Tempo at the rear of the supermarket Seabass, salad & chips 32TL (£5.00) The owners lived next door and if there were an issues i.e. the kettle broke, they were quickly resolved

I was taken by surprise when i was told that there may be an electricity charge if we went above 250kw per week. But this is perfectly reasonable because some people will go out for the day and leave the air conditioning on all day, which i believe to be unfair to the owners. As it happens we didn't get charged.

Excellent villa. Very spacious and had all you need for a relaxing holiday. Local supermarket only a short walk away.

The villa located in the middle of constructions and new buildings area , it was loud and the noise of working and worker's started early morning upto 6 pm some times It was hot and the use of AC lead to extra charges if exceed the werkly limit of electricity .
