Beautiful building, we rented the cottage for our wedding day in Hereford and it was absolutely perfect. The staff were fantastic in helping us source a taxi last minute and generally very helpful.

I loved the room and the location. The facilities were very good and the bed very comfortable. Didnt try the food but it looked good and the hotel was full of guests and locals. Nice stay in a beautiful location
There s no reception area to check in so had to wait at the bar to get my keys. You are told on info its not a manned hotel but still i think maybe a keysafe would be handy rather than waiting at a bar with luggage. As it was very busy. The window shutters werent working on sash windows so couldnt open the windows in room 2.

Great location, space in the house was good, nice & quiet, private and bed was comfy
It wasn’t clean at all - I’m not talking dust, I’m talking dirty toilets (under the seat was soiled for example), dirty floor and dirty marks on bedding and sofas. No toilet roll in 2 out of the 3 bathrooms. Looks like would normally provide tea & coffee but they hadn’t been topped up so just empty asides from the milk & 1 hot chocolate sachet. It’s a shame otherwise would’ve been great. I suspect the cleaning had just been forgotten after the previous stay. I work around the corner so it’s annoying as I was hoping to make it a regular stay as I commute from Essex
