Hosta Umekoji Akari

落ち着いて、清潔でゆったり出来ました。 くつろぎの広さ。

16時からのチェックインに16時にしか受付してもらえないので、車で待っていました。 もうちょっと電気明るくして欲しい 一階。

The specious entrance, size of the rooms were great. Loved it came with all electronics- including fair size fridge with freezer, amenities- toothbrush/brush/shaver, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, plates and utensils, jacuzzi , washing machine with detergent and the machine had dryer function included!! Walking distance to convenience store, train station, and restaurants.

Few blocks to the car parking lot. The facility and rooms were perfect but few things that bothered me was some stains on tatami, chipped ceramic plates and sink…. Please all the future renters, please take care of this beautiful property! The fact I had to get rid of two cockroaches while in the jacuzzi. There was roach spray by the entrance so I was sort of prepared…. But I wasn’t able to relax as much as I wanted to which is the only reason I couldn’t give the perfect rating because bathtub has been important aspect when looking for a place to stay.

家族で利用しました。1棟貸しなので周囲を気にすることなく、まるで京都にもう一つの家ができたような感覚でゆっくり過ごせました。子どもがいても気兼ねなく過ごせるのがとても良かったです。 お部屋は隅々まで綺麗に清掃されており、お風呂も広くて清潔感があり快適でした。 朝食は玄関まで届けていただけるため、受け取りのために待つ必要がなくとても便利です。見た目も美しく、京都らしい上品な味付けで朝から贅沢な気分を味わえました。 また、スタッフの皆様がとても親切で、問い合わせにも丁寧に対応してくださり安心して滞在することができました。 ホテルの快適さと一棟貸しならではのプライベート感の両方を楽しめる素敵な宿です。京都に来る際はぜひまた利用したいと思います。
