I like the property, I've stayed here once before as well. pool is nice, and with enough water depth for toddlers to adults even who don't know how to swim pool is nice, spa is also nice a bit pricier side. restaurant also has a great variety of food.

we booked a cottage for 2 nights and upon arrival receptionist tried to give us Executive room instead. thankfully it was my second visit to the property i knew that cottages are on the opposite side of the main building so i told them that i have booked a cottage, then they changed the keys and gave me a cottage. but even after moving in the room i got a call from reception that they have given me a semi suite instead of cottage since they don't have cottages available and asked me to change my room next day, i arrived at the property at 7pm which is way past my check in time and i was disappointed to hear that they don't have my room ready for me, i mean if i have booked you should have to keep it reserved for the booking past check in time and if you have over booked and you have to upgrade a guest then i think they shouldn't ask to change the room next day, specially when the guest is there for only 2 nights.
