The location was perfect, The staff couldn’t do enough to help you, they are fab,

It’s a little tired in places but perfectly clean everywhere.

Our stay at Natalie’s Hotel was truly wonderful! Everything was perfect: the cleanliness, the comfort, the location - walkable distance to the beach , restaurants , shops. We would especially like to thank Maria for her warm hospitality. She was always kind, welcoming, and eager to help. Her recommendations about Kefalonia were excellent and made our holiday even more enjoyable. If we return to Kefalonia, Natalie’s Hotel will definitely be our first choice. Thank you, Maria and for sure Ilias, for making our vacation so special .

Hotel was fab - great location. Everything was spotless and clean. Rooms were a little tired and basic, but can't fault the staff who were fabulous. So welcoming and accommodating. Pool area was great and we were so lucky to have it all to ourselves for most of the day. The hotel provided everything that we wanted for a 1 night stay and really hope to return again next year. Location is brilliant as you are a little short walk from the hubbub of the main street. Can highly recommend the Greek family restaurant Apostolis at the end of the street - where we ate a few times during a visit to Skala.

The shower and toilet were okay. We had to have our toilet flush fixed during our stay but we were offered another room, if it couldn't be fixed, which was good.

The pool area was always clean e.g pool, sunbeds, toilets & bar. Not overcrowded for sunbeds. Staff were all pleasant. Nice back ground music, not too noisy Rooms cleaned daily. Close enough to restaurants, shops, seafront. Nice welcome.

Not alot on offer to guests, pool bar closed early once a week. No happy hour that i knew of. basic bar food. We like to have a drink before our evening begins & maybe enjoy a drink on return. Felt 9pm was too early. Only had one evening of entertainment, which was line dancing to my knowledge. Not sure if a quiz night too. Few staff around at times. A toaster / microwave would be good to do breakfast or light lunch. As a small business it would be nice touch to acknowledge guests when leaving, , only a book for reviews.
