Waking up to the sound of the waves and the rising sun over the peninsula. Peaceful setting. Simple room set up with all the necessities. Most kind host and family.

When all the hotels were closed due to the low season in December, this nice young lady and her grandmother open their doors for my brother and I. They even went out of their way to add a microwave to our room. This family could not be nicer to us. Great place to stay.

This place was quiet and beautiful, right by the ocean. It was very clean and had comfortable beds. The shower had hot water, and our room had a mini fridge.

I think it is important for the facility to be very clear that October (when we went) is off-season. This means that their "snack-bar/restaurant" is closed, and there are no grocery stores around. The buses are also on a reduced schedule. To get food, you need to walk into Finnistare (5km of hills but beautiful, along the ocean and through woods) or plan buses very well. The taxi number we were given didn't reply (perhaps because it was Sunday). Many restaurants in town are also closed for the season and Sundays appear to be worse.

The location in front of the bay is beautiful and its nice to have a few benches in front of the water. Also the restaurant looks cozy.

I booked a room saying it includes a small kitchenette with sink, microwave and tea/ coffee station. Unfortunately, this was not the case in the room and when I asked about it, I only received a "No" with no explanation. When we entered, the electricity did not work and you have to be aware that you can hear your neighbours. It is a pity that we did not receive the room that we booked.
