Very friendly, very helpful, very flexible receptionists with fantastic English skills.
I arrived on an overnight bus in the early hours and wanted to visit a monument a distance away - they stored my luggage, and ordered me a taxi - they were great.
The place itself was a hall of residence I think - rooms were large and well equipped - slightly institutionalised but I'm fine with that on occasion.
Would thoroughly recommend.
It worked really well for me - I had a great stay.

La Stanza in cui ho soggiornato era per tre ospiti e l'ho trovata ampia, pulita e confortevole.
L'ostello è immerso nel verde e dotato di un comodo parcheggio. È situato nella parte storica della cittadina di Karlovac, che in questo periodo stanno ristrutturando con una nuova pavimentazione. Personale cordiale e discreto.
Mi è spiaciuto non aver compreso che la cucina era a mia libera disposizione.
