Excellent location, fantastic aircon, comfy bed and facilities worked.
Toilet difficult to flush and parts of bathroom could be cleaner and finished nicer. Could do with a curtain on the window/frosted door due to light coming inside from the garden every evening and kept us awake. Air freshener needs removing as couldn’t breathe - once we removed it, it was ok.

loved the old building and the proximity to the heart of Florence. the staff were very accommodating
the bathroom was grubby and antiquated. the hallway had open plaster and was not inviting
