The staff is super helpful and genuinely helped us a lot! The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are comfortable. The neighbourhood has everything you need, from small stores to great restaurants.
The floor is a bit too cold (at least on the winter) and the air conditioning does an ok job of keeping the room warm

Breakfast was excellent, location was fantastic, it felt safe but also right in the action. Staff were always helpful and friendly.
Room was a little small, but all things considered this was a worthwhile price to pay for everything else.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a great part of Santiago. Great breakfast selection.
Rooms are small but perfectly formed, the balcony was nice even though it rained a lot.
