Ideal location friendly staff good breakfast

Sometimes when I arrived early and late, need to call them and wait for the door to open. The room without balcony is a bit dark during the day.

A very nice stay in a boutique hotel in an interesting part of Santiago. Well suited for a short stay. The location in Barrio Italia is a draw in itself, a gentrifying neighborhood with a good selection of restaurants, cafes, and shops within easy walking distance. Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout, including an early check-in after a very early morning arrival, which was much appreciated. The hotel itself is a thoughtful architectural intervention, a modern addition built on top of and into an existing facade, with the ground floor configured to house a cafe and shops. A very nice revitalization of an existing building. The rooms are compact but well organized with adequate storage, comfortable beds, and good blackout shades. The bathroom is clean and efficient. Breakfast, included in our stay, was delicious and plentiful. The english muffins, breads, and egg options were particularly good.

The desk area is small and the in-room coffee machine takes up a good portion of it. There is an outdoor courtyard but in winter it is too cold to use comfortably, and there is no indoor lounge area to work from.

Perfect location inside one of the most enjoyable areas in Santiago. Very nice staff. Comfortable but small room.

Braekfast is basic. Common areas are cold during autumn and winter times.

Lovely boutique hotel. Patio to room was a bonus. Breakfasts were very tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The general area is very pleasant with lots of bars, cafes, restaurants and small artisan craft shops
