The view’s fantastic, the pool area was perfect and outdoor area to sit , the room was spacious fully equipped. Great location I did walk to monument it wasn’t that far to walk 15 minutes. You could not hear outside traffic

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They upgraded us to a better room, which was exceptional. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the swimming pool was lovely too. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here.
Given the hot temperatures in Jakarta during the summer, it would be great if the swimming pool stayed open later than 6:00 pm. Extending the opening hours would allow guests to enjoy the pool during the evening hours, making their stay even more enjoyable.

Booking.com was bad. For no apparent reason my credit card was flagged bad, and i had to rush to the hotel to make the payment with the same card. And the support from vertu was equally bad as it took them more 2 hours to respond via whatsapp.
