Great price, relatively central location, spacious rooms. L5 lobby is spacious and welcoming. Breakfast has decent variety, Indonesian selections are tasty. Amenities are also quite nice for the price. Would definitely recommend for staying nearby Bundaran HI and South Jakarta!
Service-wise is polite, albeit a little slow in terms of trolley and delivering items to room. Currently building an MRT in front so quite a lot of construction and blockage.

Nice clean property, staff very friendly and helpful. There is a good breakfast with lots of choices, plus a very nice swimming pool.
Road works outside made it a bit difficult to get in and out.

Booking.com was bad. For no apparent reason my credit card was flagged bad, and i had to rush to the hotel to make the payment with the same card. And the support from vertu was equally bad as it took them more 2 hours to respond via whatsapp.
