The pool area and rooms are lovely and clean. The team were very friendly and accommodating and provide recommendations of where to visit and dine locally. There is a delicious homemade breakfast and they were flexible with our timings.
A clear, and easy way for guests to order drinks, local snacks and the wine that's produced on site would make for a more enjoyable hotel experience. We would have appreciated the option to have another coffee pod in the room and more water available in the mini bar in the absence of there being a bar on site. I would encourage the hotel team to reconsider how they communicate any key messages to guests - the mention of the house rules on arrival and the rule of silence being stipulated during certain times made us feel uncomfortable and isn't something we would expect for a hotel experience, priced at £230 for one night.

5/5 & 10/10. Could not recommend this property more highly. An oasis only a short bus ride from central Como. Excellent, attentive and warm team, beautiful surroundings, comfortable and lovely rooms, and delicious, fresh breakfast with lots of variety.
