Run far away from this place, it’s not worth it

The location was good, easy access to transportation, crispy clean towels and bedsheets on the beds.

I met the bathtub dirty, the mop bucket dirty, one of the pots dirty, one of the cooking pots an accident waiting to happen. the bathtub was clogged and I had to call for days before it was fixed a week after I arrived. There was a dirty duvet in the basket in the room, there was a nail sticking out of the bed and I feel the bed will collapse at any time. The gas cooker is faulty and could catch fire at any time. There was blood spatter on the wall in one of the bedroom. The fridge was dirty. In fact they need to hire a new cleaning team, the present team is horrible. I met the toilet with limescale and I had to buy bleach to get it presentable. The whole house was hotter than an oven and I wrote several times for them to send more fans so that we will be able to sleep but they ignored me. That apartment ruined our family holiday and it didn’t come cheap. I complained about lack of blessings because I needed to change the bedsheets after 3 days because of the heat and sweating but they brought it 2 days to my departure so I left it there for them. I called several times for them to ask the cleaning team where they kept the brushes for sweeping but I was totally ignored. one of the staff, Nina told me she didn’t like the way I was complaining but for Christ sake we paid over €1,600 for a 12 day stay and the place was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in.

functional, probably wouldn’t call it nice.

the flat is in a decent location, not particularly near any public transport but not so far as to be impossible.

there were no lights in the ceiling of many of the rooms. not just blown lights, or lights in need of replacing, no lights at all. instead some random lamps were needed. lots of powerpoints not working too, so you had to unplug the kettle to use the microwave or vice versa. it was hot when we stayed, but my god the heat was insufferable inside the apartment! we stayed elsewhere for a night and it was so much nicer. to get into the apartment, you use a link where you press a button and the building door unlocks (cool feature) and then enter a code for the door. they gave me directions to where to find the keys inside to lock as the code only unlocks. unfortunately, it’s easy to lock too far in a way that the code can’t unlock, but we didn’t know that until a friend was locked out and we were far away with the keys. when she called for help, the rental agents were surprised we had keys. even though they gave us directions?? one dishwashing tablet and one laundry tablet for a large group for 5 days, no oil, salt or pepper which I do expect from a place that advertises as having a stocked kitchen… maybe that’s not a thing here? I don’t know. only half as much bedding as needed and expected, and the place was generally a bit run dow. and hard to keep clean. not at all what I was hoping or expecting when spending so much money on a flat!

Agreed to check in at 13: 00, but settled 30 minutes later. The apartment was not cleaned. Towels strewn everywhere, the toilet did not work. Cleaning done, but much later. The toilet was broken all 2 days, the kitchen stove didn't work.
