A very pleasant stay in this pretty village. Do go in the church & the castle & its gardens.
The location is excellent, very close to one of the entrances to Dunster Castle and also to a lovely open garden. The key safe worked well and it was easy to collect the keys. This is a duplex apartment - ie on 2 floors and nice for us to go upstairs to shower and to sleep. Its got a large comfy lounge, and also tables at which to eat or work. The kitchen has everything one needs & it has quality equipment & plates, mugs etc. It was cool in the very hot weather. Nice to have a car parking space reserved for the appartment.
We've seen comments about the church bells, however we slept well. I usually use earplugs and did to start with, however I found that I was sleeping well without them. My partner slept well also.

Lovely cozy yet spacious home. Very well equipped. Great location really close to shops pubs and restaurants plus its own parking space. Owner was really friendly.

Exceptional
Absolutely stunning cottage, perfect placement in the village and lots of space and light. Kitchen was fantastic and well stocked with pans, implements and cutlery.
WiFi was a bit spotty, which was only an issue combined with the less than stellar phone signal (which of course wasn't the fault of our hosts, but worth mentioning!).
