Eva, our host was really nice and comunicative and made sure we receive the correct directions in order to get to the apartment.
Due to a problem they had with the central heating system, they gave us an apartament in a different location which was really nice, but yet there were a few things missing: hand soap in the bathroom (we only found some dish soap that was already mixed with water in the kitchen) and hands and face towels (we only received one shower towel each). Still, we understand that they had little time to get the apartment ready for us.
