Great location, conveniently close to the MRT, with plenty of food vendors nearby. The staff are exceptionally friendly and complimentary drinks and snacks are available 24 hours a day, making the stay even more enjoyable.
During the first couple of nights of our stay, the air conditioning wasn’t cooling the room sufficiently, which was a little uncomfortable given the hot summer weather. However, the staff responded promptly by arranging for a technician to inspect the unit. When the issue couldn’t be fully resolved, they kindly offered to move us to another room. We really appreciated their efforts and excellent customer service in ensuring we had a comfortable stay.

It was clean and the staff were nice. There are free snacks and gym in the hotel
Location is a bit chaotic and messy. It appears to be the clubbing area.
The entrance to hotel is also a bit shady. No proper reception and basically anyone can walk in and take the elevator to the rooms.
Also a bit of a weird smell.
Apart from that it was clean and in good location, I just felt a bit uncomfortable with the setup and location. But I walked back and night and it didn't feel unsafe.
Staff can't really speak English
Bathroom handle was leaking
