Serguzest Otel

We had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful—they even provided us with a kettle. The property was extremely comfortable, with a lovely balcony, and the breakfasts were delicious and offered plenty of choice.

Climbing a mountain every day. The mountain was not that high, though The only minor inconvenience was the uphill walk to the property each day, although the climb wasn’t particularly steep.

The location, the views, the balcony (we were upgraded unexpectedly which was wonderful)

The bedrooms lights didn’t work and the bed wasn’t very comfortable

I think they have to renovate the bathroom in room 2. The sink was so small, the marmour looked dirty, the shampoos stayed in the bathroom was already opened and used, the toilet paper holder wasn’t holding the toilet paper… and they have to change the side tables and tv tables becuz they look so dirty with all these water/coffee stains. Unfortunately the condition of bathroom has to be better.
