Had a great stay, thank you. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
My mattress was threadbare, but I did manage to sleep well.
That there was no lift for my elderly friend, I forgot to check about that.

Curtains in our room need attention. They didn’t cover the windows properly, so privacy was an issue. Also the fridge didn’t work. It made a noise but the cooling system isn’t working.
