A localização é muito boa para quem vai ficar nos arredores da USP. Dispõe de estacionamento próprio. O quarto contava com mesinha de trabalho. Chuveiro eficiente, garante um bom banho. Wifi funciona bem, mas não é exatamente espetacular.
Não é que não tenha gostado, mas é bom deixar claro que se trata de uma acomodação apenas satisfatória. Para quem quer dormir uma noite, não tem problema. Mas cama, banheiro e recepção são apenas ok. O café da manhã é básico: duas opções de fruta (banana e mamão), duas opções de pão (de forma ou francês) e um bolinho, café, leite, suco e água. Se quiser um pouco mais de conforto, pode se frustrar.
