Staff super friendly. They organised Taroko Gorge trip and free car to train station at checkout. Room and bathroom good. View of mountains and coast fantastic. Breakfast great.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were able to get me a room a bit early as they could tell I was quite jetlagged. There was one person on staff who spoke much better English than I speak any language other than English and she was great in helping me plan my time around Hualien.
