    Very nice pool and reception. Private fan room not really private. Wood slated walls between so hear everything and see a bit as well. Private bathroom - again - more a curtain than a wall. I switched to aircon room for the 2nd night and while double price it was much better for sleep. Real walls, had a mini fridge, hot kettle and quieter area. Worth it if in the budget. I was worth the extra $10 for a much needed decent night sleep on long travels. Pretty grounds. No food service - bring your own in. Night market along river only on weekends- it’s charming. River walk a night path. Beyond the sky cafe on river is wonderful.

    There is a reason the price is how it is, worked for a stop over to take the cruise to Laos, nice to relax in the pool the day before leaving
