The location was beautiful

All perfect

Clean, comfortable , equipped kitchen , ensuite bathrooms, heating ,nice decoration and in close proximity to Strasbourg, villages , Europa park( generally from 18 minutes to 50 minutes max)

Now let's talk about some important details. 1. The apartment was in the 2nd floor without elevator so its not recommended for people with mobility problems. 2. We asked for an extra set of towels because a little kid was sleeping with parents and did not have his own bed ( not counted officially as a guest). I will upload a photo with the answer I received from the host. At this point I should mention that I had informed the owner about the presence of an extra child when I made the reservation months ago. 3. Before we check out the host asked us if we are kind enough to leave the apartment tidy, throw the garbage in the special bins 100m.away , throw the bed sheets on the floor and put all the towels in the bathroom which we would be happy to do and we did in the end. BUT you cannot be a host and refuse a single towel in the rudest way possible and on top of that ask the guest to be kind. 4. The receptionist could not communicate in English . 5. There was fog and ice sometimes in the road leading to this hotel so it might be dangerous in freezing days. To conclude, in my country hospitality is about making the guests feel welcome and comfortable.Nobody would ever refuse a towel and ask you at the same time do the job of the cleaning lady. I am really shocked by the mindset of people running the specific business. I have no words and I have traveled a lot in my life.
