Staff is very humble and supportive, cleanliness of property, ambience, perfect location to stay with family, colleagues and friends,food is delicious and variety of food,I like when chef come to us and asked,how was the food quality?
Booking process... especially the ladies who pick the call on behalf of resort 0922****507 the ladies is very much arrogant....if you are well educated then I recommend don't talk with her...She is talking with customers, like customers is not important for their resorts...and they are doing good in business ( I feel the way she was talking on call)

The location is good and close to nature.
Nothing was working in the room. The cable TV was not working, the tea kettle was not working, the bathroom geyser was not working the day we checked in, When I tried to complain nobody took the call in the WhatsApp number they had given, no one responded to whatsapp messages. Water logging in the bathroom when you use the shower.
