    I have book room online. Room photos was good enough to book a room in this hotel.when I reached there the room was not in a good condition. Cleanliness is not done here biside the bed gutka has been split in the room. Tv was not in working condition. Bad Oder smell in the room. Toilet was not in clean condition. I regret to book here after saw this type of room.it was horrible. I will never book again in this hotel

    I had booked two rooms, but the condition of the rooms was so poor that we had to look for another hotel the same night. The rooms were in such terrible condition that we could not stay there even for a single night. There were no proper door locks, the fans and lights were not working properly, the washrooms were in poor condition, the mattresses were damaged, the walls were damp, and there was no water supply. As a result, all of our money was wasted. We did not receive a refund, even though we checked out of the hotel on the same day.

    This is a very shady hotel. The photos shown online are misleading and appear to be AI-generated—they do not match the actual property at all. I would strongly recommend choosing a different lodge instead of this place. The rooms and corridors have a very unpleasant smell, which they try to mask with strong perfume. The bedsheets and towels were clearly used and not properly cleaned. On top of that, no proper facilities are provided. Overall, a very disappointing and unhygienic experience. Not recommended.

    The location is excellent, right next to the railway station, and the staff is polite. However, there were several issues during our stay. There was no hot water available, even early in the morning. The bathroom flush was also broken, and the cleanliness was not up to the mark compared with the pictures shown online. My family and I requested multiple times to turn on the geyser, but unfortunately, we received no proper response or assistance. Overall, the location is convenient, but the basic facilities and cleanliness need significant improvement.
