Location: Right next to the commercial area, but not in it.

There was an Indian staff who could speak good English and he took the initiative to bring up an additional fan when we said it was too hot. The other staff were not able to converse in English. Hotel was also linked to Mina mall via the 2nd level walkway. Also walking distance (about 8 mins) to Machida Station
Hotel was very old and clearly showing its age such as analog buttons in the room. Booked the corner double room and it was still small. No facilities to speak of.
