Fairy-Tern Chalets Cerf Island

We stayed in the studio on the 2nd floor. Much bigger than expected (photos on booking.com were accurate). Very tidy, huge balcony and living room/bedroom area. Kitchen had everything, even a welcome pack for breakfast/snack and juice on arrival. Comes in handy as nearest shop is a boat ride away. Wendy and her husband are wonderful hosts, very quick to respond to any queries, which made planning our stay so easy; we enjoyed all the island details, coconuts and the botanical excursion, thank you again! Snorkeling was great-despite slightly poor visibility-saw turtles, rays and shark, easy to swim out to the right and to the left from the beach and just look for interesting fish, moray ells etc. There is also a kayak available and some other floating things.

Siamo rimasti colpiti dal nostro soggiorno presso Fairy-Tern Chalet. La posizione era incredibile, la pulizia e i servizi ( tra cui kayak, sup e lettini galleggianti ) sono davvero speciali! Quello che non potevamo immaginare é l'accoglienza e gentilezza di Wendy e Kevin che ci hanno dato l'opportunitá di vivere per qualche giorno una esperienza davvero unica di tranquillitá contatto con la natura che caraterizzano la vita sulla splendida isola di Cerf. Li ringraziamo davvero cuore di questa meravigliosa scoperta e per loro accoglienza. Garazie

A great accomodation, ultra-clean and spacious with Mahe across the short channel. Fabulous hosts who were kind without being obtrusive, perfect to chat with on occasion and helpful about the island. Excellent kitchen that made self-service meals easy and fresh. Great for keeping all-important drinks cool too! A fantastic place to stay that is part of Mahe but feels a world away. Thank you Wendy and Kevin!
