Villa De Cerf

The hospitality was amazing the stay was amazing. The chef’s cooking was lovely he looked after us with personalised cooking plates. Just wanna say a massive thank you to all the staff working Friday 7th August -Sunday 9th August you were absolutely amazing ! A massive Thank you to the people who organised our bed to have beautiful petals etc to wish my wife a lovely happy 40th birth day. Honestly I will recommend Villa De Cerf to everyone we both travel a lot and I must send my thanks tot heir hospitality and kindness for looking after us ! I will recommend to family and friends and for sure return to stay again in the future

If you just want to relax in a nice atmosphere this place is prefect as it offers just 4 (spacious) rooms, which gives you more privacy than in a big hotel. The bathrooms are modern and huge (with shower & extra bath tub). The WiFi is pretty good and you get extra towels for the pool or for the beach. On top of this you can rent a kayak/canoe and snorkel equipment for free. We extended our stay to 4 nights and booked breakfast & dinner and - what a surprise: The dinner (3 courses) was excellent!!! It changed every day and you have always 2 options for the starter and the main course. The dessert was always a nice, delicious surprise. A special thanks to the cook, Pradeep. He was so friendly and always busy in the kitchen during the day. The breakfast was very good as well and you can even ask for more, if you want (more fruits for example). A special thanks to the manageress, Ruwini, who always tried her best to meet our demands and she even organised a nice cake for my birthday and the cleaning ladies decorated our room and our dining table so nicely on this occasion. We also loved the huge pool and its illumination in the evenings. Last but not least a special thanks to the (always busy) gardener Chintana, who cleaned the pool every day as well and he picked us up by boat at Eden Marina and brought us back there on our departure day - always with a smile on his face. To conclude: we had a very pleasant stay at Villa de Cerf and we can highly recommend this place to other people looking for special options, when they plan their trip to the Seychelles.

Nothing to complain about, we had a very pleasant stay on Île au Cerf. The villa definitely offers good value for money compared to other places we visited or looked at. If there is anything that might be improved, I would mention the "smoking area", but I think there are already plans to beautify it.

Our stay at Villa de Cerf went really well. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The place is incredibly peaceful — perfect for relaxing and escaping from everyday life. It truly feels like having a private island all to ourselves. The small reef right in front is amazing, full of fish, and the water is wonderfully warm, around 30 °C, perfect for both snorkeling and relaxing swims.

As a downside, I found the ferryboat price quite expensive.

The food was good.

The shower shrieks when you turn it on, and the one wardrobe door. There is no privacy in the room, which is right next to the kitchen. We were woken up by noise from the kitchen early morning, and could only go to sleep after the kitchen staff was finished. Other guests sit and smoke just outside the room. The internet was not good. No curtain/shades in the bathroom and people walk past there. Not much of a beach to swim in.
