Location and the apartment overall was fantastic. Staff was fantastic.
The dining chairs were flimsy and need to be replaced. Also, main air conditioning unit seemed to have some issues, and probably needs to be either replaced or cleaned.

Amazing place, really spacious, with new refurbishment. It's simply the best place I stayed in Israel so far. It's well located, you can go to the beach by bus. There are a lot of shops and cafes around.
The aircon in the main room was dripping on furtniture, would be great to fix it. Please also restock the spices for cooking, add olive oil, and leave some laundry liquid/capsules to make it perfect :)
