The barberque was inadequate No cooking rack for size of bbq only kebab racks that were too small

Easy to access keys and La Mer was very active in their communication. The hairdryer didn't work but we saw a LA Mer person (Trevor) in the vicinity whom we reported it to and very quickly this issue was resolved by someone coming out quickly to change the plug.

No pillow protectors on any of the beds. The mattresses were not comfortable but we got round it by using blankets on the bed. The outdoor cushions weren't particularly clean but this is likely due to weather elements and that we arrived at the end of the season. Neighbours dog constantly barking during the daytime was annoying but this isn't the responsibility of the holiday villa owners.

The villa is a good size, has a beautiful back garden with a pool, and the location is great. There are at least 5 beautiful beaches in a walking distance, and lots of shops and restaurants 5 min. away from the property. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need. The staff was friendly and polite.

The base is old and worn out. I'm still in shock that they asked for €500 security deposit for a villa that is falling apart. It needs urgent refurbishment. Inside the villa was clean, but the outdoor furniture and pool were not.
